How do new families apply?
Is there an application deadline?

Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis until funding is exhausted or by Saturday, November 30, 2024 (whichever comes first), so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

How are CSF scholarship recipients chosen?

As noted above, scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. CSF will award scholarships until funds are exhausted to families who meet CSF’s eligibility requirements and submit complete applications with all the required documents.

I completed the inquiry form and received an email inviting me to complete the full application. Now what?

In your email, there will be a link to complete your full application. Click on the link and follow the application steps. Please be sure to include all your income sources including your 2023 FEDERAL 1040 tax return (filed in 2024), child support, business income, public assistance, food stamps, Social Security income, unemployment insurance, worker’s compensation and financial assistance from family and friends. Select your learning center (a complete list can be found here) and contact the learning center to complete their commitment form. After receipt of all the required documents, your scholarship amount will be calculated based on your child’s learning center fees.

How will I know if my child has been awarded a CSF scholarship?

You will be notified by email if your child has been awarded a scholarship or if we need any additional documents or information to process your application.

Why do families have to pay part of their learning center fees?

As noted earlier, CSF’s scholarships are partial, and families are required to contribute a portion of their child’s fees. This parental contribution is vital as it allows more families to make this important choice for their children.
